Ken Russell
Ken has been working with custom home builders since college. Construction and home improvement has been a part of the Russell lineage for generations. After a 25-year hiatus, Ken joined Virginia Design Group as a field supervisor, under much duress until his lovely wife, Jennifer Duncan, suggested starting the VDG Handyman Division.
Ken is exceptionally handy and creative with wood. Although he left the field professionally, he continued his passion for beautiful, functional woodoworking with creative solutions for his daughter, wife and other loved ones. Homeowners and avian life alike appreciate his handcrafted birdhomes and other indoor and outdoor woodworking crafts.
Ken has provided the majority of the maintenance on his parents, neighbords, friends and his own home for over a decade. Virginia Design Group customers appreciate Ken’s friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail in their homes as if it were his own.
